No more alcohol; completely sleepless night and have felt extremely tired and weepy today.
Managed to move from bed to sofa to lounger in garden for a bit but nothing more.
Really need to get some decent sleep to be able to cope with the fatigue.

To cheer me up the dragonfly that I often see fly around my garden, flew around the lounge this afternoon then back outside through French doors; a special visitor?!!

Cant complain really though, my ironing is being done by  daughter who struggled to get the ironing board back in the cupboard yesterday but today has managed to coordinate iron, ironing board and clothes together!
